An Update to My Supporters
I want to provide you with an important update about how your financial support is being used and what I'm doing here in Ukraine.
Changes to Support Model
First, I need to address the "patch of the month" program. I've been inconsistent with fulfillment, and I apologize for that. I'm working to catch up on outstanding patches very soon. However, I've removed this option from the front page to focus entirely on what matters most: supporting Ukraine.
100% Ukraine Focus
I've fundamentally changed how I handle donations. All money you contribute now goes directly to supporting Ukraine. I'm covering my living expenses entirely from my personal savings. This ensures every dollar you send has maximum impact on the ground.
Your support enables me to purchase materials for 3D printing critical items for front-line units, contribute to hospital food programs, cover transportation costs for moving people and supplies around Kharkiv, and assist other volunteers with their mission needs. I've built direct relationships with units, hospitals, and individuals who deeply appreciate this support.
Long-term Commitment
I'm not leaving Ukraine in the foreseeable future. My commitment here is long-term, possibly taking a brief break in spring 2026, and maybe a week in the Carpathian mountains if circumstances allow. This work has become my mission.
Operational Considerations
Much of what I do can't be discussed in detail due to operational security concerns for myself and others I work with. I hope you understand this necessity. The work continues, and it matters.
