Speaking exams always show what pupils can and cannot do under pressure.
But they also sharpen the focus for what comes next.
For many pupils, the marks still available now are not going to come from last-minute cramming.
They are more likely to come from:
tighter writing
better control of common grammar patterns
more focused reading practice
stronger translation technique at A Level
