A good quality of sleep is important to our mental and physical health. We can not function in an appropriate way without getting enough sleep. There are many daily routines we can pursue to improve our quality sleep consequently our overall quality of life. Here, I am going to show you, the steps to get a better sleep .

1.Have a Fixed Schedule, It seems difficult to sleep and wake up each day in the same time but you have to so you can tell your brain what's time to wake up and what's time to get into bed.

2.Prioritize your sleep, don't think that your work, study, talking with your friends is far more necessary than getting a good quality of sleep. you need to manage your time so it won't interfere with your priorities.

3.Set a cool and a comfortable environment, a cool, quiet and a dark room can optimise highly your sleep quality beside a comfortable pillow and matress. You need to minimize the distractions around you including your phone .

4. Physical Activity, It is crucial to stay healthy and proactive during the day but do not expect yourself to fall asleep just after you have done a physical activity whither it's jogging or going to the gym, you should put space between the both at least two hours. Avoiding caffeine, alcohol, heavy and large meals can be pratical tips too.

Remark Some people can have more serious sleep problems such as insomnia , sleep apnea, narcolepsy or anyother sleep disorder, in this case these tips won't function so when you present a symptom that you find abnormal, you have to visit your doctor because sleep is not just a way to rest but it's a way to function, it's vital to our overall body's functions.
