We’re all familiar with the term "success" and what it means to achieve it. We often hear about the strategies, mindsets, and habits that successful people adopt. Getting up at 5am, listening to influential TED talks on our lunch break, having side hustles, under-desk treadmills, and taking short courses on coding and Mandarin, all seem like virtuous past-times for one who wants to “get ahead”. Millions of copies of books are sold extolling the stories of people who “made it” via the trials and tribulations of a successful million(or billion)aire.
The truth is, many business owners and entrepreneurs looking to pass on their ways of success also miss reflecting on the structural inequities that can plague whole communities....
