September has been taking shape on my desk for quite a while. I’ve been writing and creating new resources around the things that can become strongholds in our lives and what it looks like to bring those areas honestly before God.
One of the things I love most about creating Bible studies and devotionals is taking a topic that can feel overwhelming and breaking it down into small, practical opportunities to spend time with God and His Word.
Right now, I’m putting the finishing touches on September’s Bible study, devotional, course, and free 25-day Bible reading plan. There are a lot of little pieces that happen behind the scenes—studying Scripture, writing, editing, choosing cross-references, creating reflection questions, designing pages, and preparing everything so it is easy to use.
It takes time, but this is work I truly love because I know every resource has the potential to help one more woman open her Bible and draw a little closer to God.
I’m looking forward to sharing what I’ve been working on with you. And I’m grateful that you’re here to be part of it.
A Quick Question & Reflection
One question I’ve been thinking about as I’ve worked on these resources is: What am I allowing to have more influence over my thoughts and choices than God’s truth?
I’ve learned in my own walk with God that spiritual growth often begins with being willing to look honestly at what is happening in my heart. There have been areas of my life I tried to change through willpower, only to discover that lasting change came when I stopped trying to handle everything myself and surrendered it to God.
Maybe there is something you’ve been trying to overcome, control, or change on your own. Take a few quiet minutes today and ask God to show you what you need to place in His hands. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you come to Him. Sometimes the first step toward freedom is simply being willing to surrender.
As I continue creating these resources, my prayer is that they will do more than give you something else to read or complete. I hope they encourage you to open your Bible, spend time with God, and allow His truth to change the way you live. Thank you for being here, following along, and supporting this work in whatever way you can. Every prayer, share, encouraging word, and contribution helps me continue creating resources that point women back to God and His Word.
