Kaitiaki Awanui Hamon — aka Ron Hairemy — is a Māori-Canadian pointillism artist, musician, and author based in Edmonton. Working in stippled ink with fine-liner pens, he builds every piece dot by dot — catharsis through addiction and mental-health recovery, one dot at a time. Descended from renowned Māori pointillist Rei Hamon, his work fuses Māori heritage with Canadian upbringing: the beaver kiwi, burning hearts, mountain circles, and a six-book dark fantasy saga called A Sorrowmancer's Requiem.
