It can be hard to keep moving forward when you are feeling stuck. You may feel like no matter what you do, it won't make a difference and that nothing will change. But I'm here to tell you that is not true! It is possible to find your way through the darkness if you just keep going.
I know right: if one more person gives you this cliché you are going to punch them in the throat. 🤣I've been there. It's a cliché for a reason: it's the truth and sometimes when the reality is not reflecting the truth, it can be hard to keep going.
There's always light on the other side of this journey, even if it feels like there isn't right now. Don't give up-keep going!

If you find yourself going through hell, keep going!
Although the above is attributed to Churchill, that isn't verified. The sentiment is true: whatever it is you are currently going through, this to will change, and it's not over until you are victorious.
Change is inevitable. It will happen whether you like it or not, so if you find yourself going through hell, keep going and know that things will change for the better eventually. It may be difficult to see in the moment that there are silver linings around every dark cloud, but they’re always there - we just have to look hard enough. And remember: as long as your heart still beats with hope and love for what’s possible, then there's no reason why anything should stop us from achieving our dreams!
Do not isolate yourself. It will only lead to loneliness and loneliness opens the door to all kinds of other negative things, like depression and despair.
