Today's Challenges:

1. Morning Awareness:

   - Before making any decisions today, pause and ask: "Who am I trying to please with this choice?"

   - Write down your first three decisions of the day and your true motivations

2. Thought Capture:

   - Keep a small notebook or use your phone

   - Every time you think about someone else's opinion before making a choice, write it down

   - Note who you're trying to please and what emotion drives this desire

3. Evening Review:

   - Look at your purchases, social media posts, or decisions from the past week

   - For each one, ask: "Would I have made this same choice if no one else would ever know?"
