Positive thinking is a mental and emotional attitude that focuses on the bright side of life and expects positive results. While A positive attitude means a mentality that is not afraid of obstacles, difficulties or delays and is not easy to overcome. Real positive thinking is not just about saying everything is going well, as on the lips, but at the same time thinking about failure and anticipating difficulties. To make beneficial changes and improvements in your life, your most important mental attitude should be a positive attitude throughout the day. It should be your way of life and also become your habit. While this may seem difficult, well it is not but it is a slow process that is fun. Because of the importance of this mental attitude, this episode will help you believe in yourself and release your inner powers. As you may know, the words we speak have a direct and definite effect upon our thoughts. Our thoughts create words, for words are the vehicles of ideas. But words also affect thoughts and help to condition if not to create attitudes. 15 ways to develop a positive approach to achieving a healthy, physical and mental state 1. Start the day with a positive Affirmation How we start in the morning determines the tone for the rest of the day. Talk to yourself in the mirror, even if you feel stupid, with statements like "Today will be a good day" or "Today is going well." These positive affirmations will sink into your subconscious, which will then guide, inspire and motivate you to think positively and optimistically. 2. Focus on good things, no matter how small. You will almost and always run into obstacles all day - no day is perfect. When facing such a challenge, focus on the benefits, no matter how small or insignificant they may be. 3. Find humor in bad situations. Indulge in humor even in the darkest or most difficult situations. Remember that this situation can be a good story later, and try to make it funny. 4. Turn failures into lessons. No one is perfect and we always make mistakes, we experience failures in many contexts, in many jobs and in many people. Instead of focusing on how you failed, think about what you will do next - make your failure a lesson. 5. Turn Negative self-talk into positive self-talk. Be careful and replace your negative thoughts with optimistic and happy ones. Start paying attention to your thoughts, and when your mind begins to be surrounded by negative thoughts, calmly and without using force, replace them with useful, happy, and positive thoughts. Always try to be the guardian of your mind and do not be disturbed by negative thoughts. 6. Focus on the present. By focusing on the present moment, we can prevent our negative thoughts from appearing and affecting us. Most sources of negativity come from the memory of a recent event or from an exaggerated imagination of a possible future event. Therefore, it is important to stay in the present moment. 7. Find positive friends, teachers and co-workers. When you surround yourself with positive people, you will hear positive insights, positive stories and positive affirmations. Their positive words sink in and affect your own line of thought even more than others. Avoid contact with people that might discourage or humiliate you. 8. Read inspirational and motivational success stories. It will inspire and motivate you and you will learn exactly what they are doing so that you can follow it.
