FrontLine Lyrics v1.5.3 — clearer error handling
A small maintenance update improving how FrontLine distinguishes between lyrics that are not available in the catalog and temporary LRCLIB server or internet connection issues.
Missing lyrics are now reported directly in the lyrics view, while service and connection failures display separate notices in the main menu. Temporary server errors are also handled more carefully to avoid incorrectly treating unavailable requests as missing songs.
FrontLine Lyrics v1.5.2 — maintenance update
A small update to improve reliability when the LRCLIB lyrics service responds slowly or returns temporary errors, including better handling of searches with Spotify. It also fixes optional anonymous settings telemetry and fine-tunes the seasonal calendar: Halloween ends November 1, the default theme returns November 2–9, and Christmas begins November 10. New Year continues from December 26 to January 2.

A maintenance update focused on stability and accuracy: alerts for connection issues or source unavailability, improvements to Spotify track detection, and fixes to prevent incorrect lyrics, including better search handling for covers, remasters, and featured artist appearances.
Version 1.5.0 and Later
The following features were introduced in v1.5.0 and remain available in all subsequent 1.5.x releases.
Version 1.5.0 and Later brings a series of small but welcome visual updates. The Christmas theme has been polished, the New Year theme has been redesigned, and the Support, Rate, and Feedback buttons have a cleaner look. Main actions remain visually prominent, even when the window is resized.
The LISTEN button now displays a loading animation while the recognition connection starts, making it easier to tell when it's ready to use. We've also improved lyric font sizing so that larger lyrics stay readable without making the surrounding interface unnecessarily large.
Seasonal themes now follow a refreshed calendar: Halloween from October 15 to November 1, Christmas from November 2 to December 25, and New Year from December 26 to January 2, where available by region.
This update also introduces optional anonymous configuration telemetry, explained on first launch and controllable in Settings. It helps us understand which app settings are being used without collecting songs or lyrics.
