You can problem-solve while sleeping.
Yes, you read that right.
When you fall asleep, your brain shifts to a different mode, connecting the dots and analyzing the bigger picture better than in any waking state, no matter what your personality is like. This wonderful characteristic of the sleeping mind can be used for very practical purposes.
Many who have dived deeply into lucid dreaming and oneironautics will also be aware of the amazing potential of sleep for self-understanding, problem-solving, and personal growth. Yet this aspect of sleep can be perceived as more advanced and obscure.
However, I'd say that using sleep for practical, analytical, problem-solving purposes is even easier, and you don't even have to be an advanced lucid dreamer to do that. Actually, this can be done even without knowing anything about lucidity.
Sleep thinking, a method I learned about in The Magic of Sleep Thinking by Eric Maisel (highly recommended), has helped me find simple answers to complex, multifaceted real-life problems in just a few idle nights.
Feels like a superpower.
Since this has helped me, I want to share it with you, too.
Here's a series of articles explaining how you can do it: https://carpenoctem.mozellosite.com/blog/params/post/4307441/sleep-thinking.
And, if you're interested, here's a 9-page worksheet that walks you through the journey: https://carpenoctem.mozellosite.com/products-1/item/sleep-thinking/sleep-problem-solving-worksheet-digitalprintable/. The best thing is that you can pay what you want, starting from 5 Eur ( = 5.26 $).
I hope this helps you enrich your nights :-)
