I'm creating blog posts for Substack, penning poems, and working on a play. All of my work is reader-supported and if you're here, it might be because you're willing to lend a hand. I'm following a heart-led study on decolonizing & deconditioning. I'm currently travelling through India as a starting point, on the trail of British colonial history there.

My intention is to branch out into further areas of interest, which are all somehow connected to this need for each of us to disentangle ourselves from conditioning, resolve our collective inheritance of trauma and meet our authentic selves.

It's not just the physical landscapes that have been colonized, but also the psychological. Inner work is necessary. In this ongoing quest toward truth, harmony and greater love, I also anticipate my work to dip into:

Archetypes, symbology, Jungian interest, the unconscious evolving into the conscious mind, esoterica & the systems of control which beset us.
