Vision Engage Pays Some, Stiffs Most
If you signed up and referred Vision Engage and have been waiting on your owed bonuses, you'll want to check your account in the app. As of this morning, they have paid some people and voided owed payments for everyone else. I was personally owed $191 in referral bonuses (38 $5 bonuses and one $1 bonus), all of which have been voided.
I've contacted the company - emailing them at [email protected] - and strongly encourage you to do the same if they've stiffed you on your owed bonuses. Note that this morning is the third time I've contacted them this week with no response. Please email me to keep me posted on whether they end up honoring your bonuses and paying you.

Tips for Referees and Referrers!
As you may know, I've been around the block, being an active member of Referral World for years. I've seen, well, pretty much everything. Liars and Scammers and Flakes (oh my!)... Bullies and Narcissists and Opportunists (oh my!)... you get the idea.
While I'm not foolish to think I can solve all of Referral World's problems, I have a few tips to hopefully make these opportunities and referral dealings easier and more lucrative for referrers and referees alike.
Tips for Referees:
1) Please don't ghost! If you see a post that may interest you and request info, the referrer follows up with information, instructions, etc., and the app is legit, but you change your mind before signing up through them, please don't ghost them, block them, etc. They have taken time out of their day to help you earn a bonus. If you're suddenly no longer interested, simply reply with, "Thanks, I've changed my mind," or something to that effect. And if it's a case of you realizing that you don't qualify for some reason, let your referrer know. The info you provide could help them to include additional details in their posts that they might not have realized were blockers.
This especially holds true when you tell someone you're interested in a limited-time promotion and/or when an app requires X number of signups for the referrer to get a bonus. You may feel like you're avoiding confrontation or have an issue with saying "no thanks" to someone, but you're leaving the referrer hanging, not knowing whether they can count on your signup, and putting an extra burden on them.
2) If you're not in the US, please don't assume an app or promotion is worldwide! In the US, we are incredibly fortunate to have access to many signup and referral bonus opportunities. Most of these promotions, though, are US-only or only available in a few countries (i.e., US & Canada). If the referrer hasn't included "worldwide" or listed the countries the app or promotion applies to, research or ask the referrer if it's available in your country before attempting to sign up, or else assume it's US-only
3) Please start what you finish! If you've started to sign up for an app through somebody, please take the time - often just a couple of minutes - to finish what you started. Not only will this ensure that both you and/or your referrer receive the bonuses, but It will also prevent you from being ineligible for them in the future as you are no longer considered a "new member." See below for just a few screenshots from my apps of people who started to sign up vs people who completed the 1-2 required steps to earn the bonuses. And as you know from these articles and my app posts, I provide all the details. Mind you, I refer over 100 app and website bonuses. These are just three examples:
Example 1: Monzo - 41 people have signed up for the latest INSTANT $15 promotion. So far, only two have completed the spending requirement to earn the bonus (the other 13 were from previous promotions where I had over 100 signups). Referees must complete the easy spend requirement within 14 days, or nobody will receive bonuses.
Example 2: Webull requires referees to sign up, open a free brokerage account, and deposit a penny or more. Over 500 people have signed up through me. Of those, fewer than half opened an account, and fewer than 25% deposited a penny and triggered the bonuses. That means 398 people signed up through me and no longer qualify as new Webull members or signup promotions.
Example 3: MoneyLion's promotion couldn't be easier: a $5 signup bonus when you open a free checking account. No deposit or spending requirement. Approval is instant, and bonuses are received within 1-3 business days. But out of the 312 people who signed up through me, only about half of those signups took two extra minutes to open an account (and MoneyLion gives a generous 60 days to do so). MoneyLion even offers an extra $50 bonus for a $100+ deposit easily triggered through a direct deposit and multiple other transfer methods. Regardless, 152 people who signed up through me never got further than signing up through my link, and most of them lost out on the bonuses.
3) Please recognize you're dealing with human beings. Your referrer is not a piggy bank. There's a good chance they depend on referral bonuses to make ends meet for themselves and/or their families. By and large, referrers' missions are to earn referral bonuses while offering referees the opportunity to earn signup and/or referral bonuses. They should not be expected to give blessings, be your payday lender, etc.
Tips for Referers:
1) Please don't mislead, deceive, or willingly withhold the "fine print" to get signups! Remember that the general public tends to have a negative outlook on referrals and referral marketing. They may not be familiar with how easy and legitimate signup and referral bonuses are and associate them with pyramid schemes, scams, etc. Some of this sentiment is valid because of how some people choose to refer to apps. Some referrers will leave out necessary requirements to trigger the signup bonus and/or "the fine print" as they promote an app. Perhaps because the referrer is unaware of these requirements, and also perhaps they feel that a person will be less likely to sign up for an app if they know that there's not a signup bonus (only referral bonuses) or if there's a fee associated with the app, etc. If you consider yourself a legitimate referrer, then take the opportunity to recognize you have the power - and responsibility - to break the stigma surrounding referrals. And please recognize that there ARE scammers in the US and abroad who scam under the guise of offering referral promotions.
2) Please include the expiration date to any and all limited-time and pay offers! When you post on the internet, chances are good that someone will see that post after a limited-time promotion and/or pay offer has expired. Additionally, people may start to sign up through you while a promotion and/or your pay offer is valid but not finish it up until after one or both have expired. Not only does this result in no bonuses being issued for either of you, but it will likely also lead your referee to feel duped or scammed by you.
Today, I ran into an incident in a referral group I moderate, where a referee was making posts in several referral groups, calling a referrer a scammer and threatening to spam all their posts to "call them out." This resulted from the referrer making a post about a TEMU promotion that ended EOD (end-of-day) last Sunday, and the referee reached out to them when the promotion was still active but not again until three days later when she signed up for a promotion that was no longer valid and expected payment. Neither the referrer nor the referee earned a bonus. This situation could have been easily avoided, and the referrer protected had she included "only valid today", or "my pay offer expires tonight". 
3) Please go the extra mile to ensure successful referrals. Research and include the necessary info for your referees to sign up and trigger the bonuses. And if an app or promotion has a "gotcha" that might make it less attractive, let the referee know what it is. Consider including the countries where the app and/or promotion is available. Doing these things will help you earn trust and even give you an advantage when the referee weighs their options of which referrer to sign up through.
4) Please recognize you're dealing with human beings. They're not just a number and shouldn't be considered merely a vessel to get you a bonus. These people may be single parents looking to make ends meet for their families. Or they may be doing just fine financially and recognize the value that signup bonuses offer. Whatever the case, they're choosing you and your link to earn bonuses.

Webull's $9+ Signup Bonus and Guaranteed $1,200+ Promos!

Webull ended their somewhat lackluster promotion yesterday and started up a new one today, which offers the same signup bonuses - $9+ guaranteed with a penny deposit and $90 guaranteed with a $500+ deposit). The referral promos are greatly improved this time around. Get 10-100 fractional shares for each referral (guaranteed $30-$300+) and get a guaranteed $1,200 or even $2,500 when you refer ten people! This promotion ends 1/22/24 at 11:59 PM EST.
Even though there have been better signup bonus promotions, there's never a bad time to sign up for Webull. The sooner you do, the sooner you can get in on their generous referral promotions (like these ones)! I've earned over $1,800 from Webull, and all but my initial $100 investment has been from bonuses!

Juno Payments Hitting Banks Accounts!
If you signed up for the Juno/Laurel Road promotion, completed your deposit, AND claimed your reward, check your Laurel Road accounts. Several payments have been processed and hit people's bank accounts. I received my $75 signup bonus in my Laurel Road account this morning, and others have also.
If you started the signup process but haven't deposited $1+ into Laurel Road yet, you will want to do the following ASAP to help ensure you get your signup bonus:

2) You should receive an email from Juno within 24 hours saying you must claim your bonus. Alternatively, you can use this direct link: http://juno.us/reward. Brandclub Lowers Bonuses to $8!

2024 isn't looking so good for people referring Brandclub. While they've been offering impressive bonuses for the past couple of years - ranging from $5-$20 - they've typically been $10-$15 for the past year. That said, they've already lowered their bonuses twice in 2024, and we're only nine days into January! They first lowered their instant signup and referral bonuses from $15 to $12 on 1/1 and again yesterday from $12 to $8.
Hopefully, these bonuses will increase again since this is one of the easier apps in Referral World with nearly instant payouts.

Monzo's $15 Instant Bonuses!

Monzo, a banking app that went viral at the beginning of December, just increased their signup and referral bonuses from $10 to $15! They've also increased the spend requirement to the same amount, meaning that's once you sign up. You can trigger the bonus immediately by attaching the virtual card they give you to Apple Pay or Google Pay and spending $15 anywhere Apple/Google Pay is accepted, or you can wait a few days to use the physical card. Once triggered, you'll receive the bonus instantly.
Based on how Monzo handled it previously - when bonuses were $20 and lowered to $10 - anybody who signed up while the bonus and spend requirement were each $10 will still receive the $10 bonus once they spend $10.

Acorns' "Refer 3, Get $777" Promotion!
Acorns just started a great new promotion: $5 signup bonus when you sign up for Acorns and invest $5 by 1/13. $5 referral bonuses as well, and if you refer three people by 1/13 who complete these same steps, you'll earn another $792 ($797 in total)!
Note that Acorns charges a monthly $3 fee after your first 30 days. You can cancel Acorns as soon as you withdraw your bonuses, though I recommend keeping it as they frequently offer generous referral bonuses. To date, I've earned over $3,000 from these promotions!
Important note: Ensure you complete all the steps when you sign up. Each week, I'll get at least one person who signs up but doesn't invest the $5 to trigger the signup and referral bonuses. I'm not sure why because it's a straightforward, simple process.
