Über Jamaican Me Sleepy

Hi, I'm Kaci Hamilton and I'm a Jamaican actress, writer and producer in Los Angeles and this is "Jamaican Me Sleepy", my sleep podcast. I started this project to explore my love of narration, as well as sleep meditations, which have helped me on many a night of tossing and turning.

Every month (and sometimes in between), I'll release new episodes of your favourite classics: Aesop's Fables, Hans Christian Anderson, Grimm, and Mother Goose. And because this is a Jamaican podcast, there will be some Anansi stories in the mix. Till then, enjoy this first round of episodes:

The Tortoise and the Hare

Little Red Riding Hood

Humpty Dumpty

The Three Bears

Play them for you, or the kids, or both! This is for everyone. Let's get to sleeping mon! 🇯🇲😴
