The Song That Died

Sometimes there is a song you love, but for reasons you haven't yet explained, it is unreleasable. I'm sad about Mary Jane, a song I wrote about the legalization of weed in my state, because she cannot be released commercially. I've written the entire song and at the last moment before release a copywright issue came up because a sample in the song was used in another song that had been released only recently commercially. So therefore, Mary Jane died a sad, quick death and will forever remain a dream tucked away on my hard drive. Should I release the demo version in it's entirety here? Perhaps one day.
