On the third anniversary of the October 7 Hamas massacre, Australia showed just how divided — and spiritually sick — our nation has become.
Jewish communities gathered to mourn the 1,200 innocent people murdered by Hamas. At the same time, pro‑Palestine activists held vigils and marches, with Melbourne descending into confrontation. Leaders called it “heartless,” “cruel,” and “a sickness.”
They’re right.
This wasn’t political disagreement — it was moral inversion . Victims were mourned while activists reframed the day as Palestinian suffering. The perpetrators became symbols of resistance. The victims became villains.
Romans 1 describes exactly this kind of society: suppressing truth, futile thinking, calling evil good, and being given over to a debased mind.
Australia is being given over — and unless we return to truth, the sickness will spread.
If you want to support this kind of honest, faith‑anchored commentary, you can do that right here.
This is just my opinion
