I offer both in-person gatherings in Buffalo, NY and online meetings open to anyone, anywhere in the world. 💀☕️🌎
It is not a grief support group. Not a lecture. And definitely not therapy. Though it can be therapeutic to be in a welcoming space to talk, listen, wonder, and be human together.
Death Cafes are about making room for the conversations we often avoid, even though they touch every one of us. We might talk about fear, loss, rituals, caregiving, planning ahead, what gives life meaning, or the simple reality that we are all finite.
There is often coffee and sometimes laughter, too. ☕️😊
