Could this be the BEST open tuning for guitar?

I have been playing with the G6 open tuning for a few years now, and it is by far my favourite open tuning for guitar. It sounds beautiful, it is easy to learn due to the fact that the top four strings are the same as standard tuning, and it is incredibly versatile.
