I am thrilled to announce that after some unexpected challenges and taking more time than planned, my brand-new website is finally live! Building the site from scratch was an intensive process, but the results are worth it. The website runs on an energy-efficient server with Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and LiteSpeed Web Server, consuming a maximum of only 19 watts.
The website is primarily in English, but it includes a translator for 20 languages. However, I am diligently working on a Dutch version that will be an exact copy once the current version is perfected both on the front and back end. Your feedback on how the site feels and functions is very welcome. All comments and suggestions are crucial for refining everything to perfection.
I also invite you to check out one of my first articles about my adventurous trip to Lysebotn via the notorious Fv500 road, where a mistake in my GPS settings led to an unplanned and challenging journey of 600 km. Despite the dense fog and darkness, this journey tested my resolve and provided an unforgettable experience with surprising encounters, such as a flock of sheep on the road in the dead of night.
