Hey everyone 👋 Just wanted to do a quick catch-up and say thank you for being here.
Life has been busy lately in the best way possible. Between turning wrenches 🔧, filming daily vlogs, cooking up new meals 🍳, and getting outside for some adventures with Lulu 🐕, there’s always something going on. I’ve been focusing a lot on building better habits, staying present, and continuing to grow into the person I know I can be.
One thing that never changes is why I started sharing my journey in the first place. My story hasn’t always been easy, and there were years where addiction and struggles felt like they had control of my life. Today I’m grateful to be living a different chapter one focused on recovery, growth, and helping others realize that change is possible.
If you’re someone who’s rebuilding your life, trying to stay sober, or just working to become a better version of yourself, I want you to know you’re not alone. Keep going. Small steps every day can lead to a completely different life.
