Traversing the wavy "waters" of social media today can be tricky, particularly for a writer or an artist.
Many people expect certain similarities from you regarding your content. For example, if you post Tweets (are they even called Tweets anymore?) about gaming, and you get some people to like and follow you, when they look you up on Instagram, they're not going to want to see posts about architecture.
I am a writer and an artist, and while sometimes the two go hand in hand, I do have to keep in mind that the content which I post needs to coincide with who I am, not necessarily what I'm into.
It's a slippery slope to navigate, but I'm forging ahead, pen in hand, ready to take on whatever the world has to offer as inspiration. I'm going to make it mine. I hope you'll join me on my journey.
