I am dedicated to teaching somatic and emotional literacy by using the voice and sound as the gateway and mechanism for healing and connecting with the body, soul and heart space. As a songwriter and recording artist, holistic vocal coach and intuitive guide, I also teach others how to access their own unique creativity and to develop a long term healthy relationship with their own creative muse. As a part of my healing and embodied expression vocation, I tends an online learning space, Inner Song, where she facilitates intimate 1:1 mentorships, group trainings and retreats.

I am also the host of the Heart Light Sessions podcast. The weekly conversations explore the transformative journey to thriving from a heart-centered space, unlocking breakthroughs, finding strength in adversity, and embracing authentic living.
