The AI Content Creation Guide-

The AI Content Creation Guide-

Sep 06, 2026

You Don't Need More Content Ideas. You Need to Know What to Do With What You Already Know. 😂

Let me tell you about one of my clients.

And NO, I'm not telling you who they are or what they do.

Mind your business. 😂

But here's what I CAN tell you...

They were GOOD at what they did.

Years of experience.

Plenty to teach.

Plenty of stories.

Plenty of opinions.

People were already coming to them for answers.

So naturally...

They didn't know what the hell to post. 😂

And I see this ALL THE TIME.

You can sit on the phone with somebody for an hour breaking down your business.

Somebody asks you a question about your industry and suddenly you're giving a whole TED Talk nobody requested.

You KNOW your stuff.

But then you open Instagram...

Blank.

Open TikTok...

Blank.

Open YouTube...

Now you rearranging stuff on your desk like an idea is hiding underneath the stapler. 😂

BUT HERE'S WHAT I WANT YOU TO UNDERSTAND...

Sometimes “I don't know what to post” doesn't actually mean:

“I don't have anything to say.”

Sometimes it means:

“What if nobody cares?”

“What if I look stupid?”

“What if everybody already knows this?”

“What if somebody knows more than me?”

“What if I post this and get 12 views?”

Or my personal favorite...

“I need to learn a little more first.”

Baby...

You've been “learning a little more” since 2022. 😂

At some point we gotta POST.

YOUR BRAIN IS TRYING TO PROTECT YOU.

Creating content requires something most people don't talk about enough:

VISIBILITY.

You aren't just creating a video.

You're putting your:

Face.

Voice.

Ideas.

Opinions.

Knowledge.

Personality.

...somewhere other people can judge them.

So naturally, your brain starts looking for ways to avoid that discomfort.

And one of the easiest ways to avoid being judged?

KEEP PREPARING.

Research another tool.

Watch another tutorial.

Save another Reel.

Rewrite the caption again.

Change the Canva template.

Buy another microphone.

Ask ChatGPT for 30 MORE ideas.

Now you have 427 content ideas and ain't recorded NAN ONE. 😂

At some point, preparation can become procrastination wearing a cute little productivity outfit.

AND THEN THERE'S COMPARISON.

WHEW.

You open Instagram to “get inspiration.”

Twenty minutes later you're questioning your entire existence. 😂

Somebody has better lighting.

Somebody has 400,000 subscribers.

Somebody's studio looks like Netflix built it.

Somebody your age looks 27.

Now suddenly you're thinking:

“Maybe I'm not ready.”

STOP.

You're comparing your beginning to somebody else's system.

You don't know how many videos they made before one worked.

You don't know what they deleted.

You don't know what flopped.

You don't know how long they've been doing this.

And you definitely don't know what's happening behind that ring light.

Here's what I realized working with my client:

They didn't need more expertise.

They needed to learn how to SEE their expertise as content.

And that's what we're about to do with yours.

Open ChatGPT or Claude in another tab.

We're doing this STEP BY STEP.

STEP 1: GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY

Before we start asking AI anything, we gotta deal with YOU. 😂

Sometimes:

“I don't know what to post.”

actually means:

“What if nobody cares?”

“What if I look stupid?”

“What if everybody already knows this?”

“What if somebody knows more than me?”

“What if I only get 12 views?”

So instead of creating...

You keep preparing.

Another tutorial.

Another podcast.

Another saved Reel.

Another Canva template.

Another AI tool.

Baby...

Preparation can turn into procrastination wearing a cute productivity outfit. 😂

Your first assignment is simple:

☐ Stop waiting to feel ready.

☐ Stop comparing your beginning to somebody else's system.

☐ Accept that some content WILL flop.

☐ Give yourself permission to learn publicly.

☐ Commit to creating before everything feels perfect.

Remember:

CONFIDENCE COMES FROM EVIDENCE.

You post.

You survive.

Evidence. 😂

You post again.

Someone watches.

Evidence.

Someone comments:

“I needed this.”

Evidence.

Someone joins your email list.

Evidence.

Someone buys.

OHHHH. NOW WE COOKING. 😂

You cannot collect evidence while everything is sitting in your drafts.

STEP 2: FIGURE OUT WHAT YOU ALREADY KNOW

We're NOT starting with:

“What niche is trending?”

We're starting with YOU.

Answer:

☐ What do people constantly ask me about?

☐ What am I really good at?

☐ What have I learned through my career?

☐ What have I learned through LIFE?

☐ What mistakes have I made that somebody else could avoid?

☐ What problems have I figured out?

☐ What could I talk about for 30 minutes without Googling?

☐ What do I have strong opinions about?

☐ What could I realistically make 100 pieces of content about?

And remember:

What feels BASIC to you might be valuable to somebody else.

You've been doing this for 10 years.

They started Tuesday. 😂

Stop assuming everybody knows what you know.

COPY + PASTE INTO CHATGPT OR CLAUDE:

I want to create content based on what I already know.

Here are my skills, experiences, interests, opinions, things people ask me about, problems I've solved, and topics I could discuss:

[PASTE YOUR ANSWERS]

Identify my 3 strongest content lanes.

For each one tell me:

  • Who would watch

  • What problem I could help solve

  • Why someone would follow me

  • 5 topics I could repeatedly discuss

  • How this content could eventually make money

Prioritize ideas that could support at least 100 pieces of content.

YOUR THREE LANES:

☐ ______________________________

☐ ______________________________

☐ ______________________________

STEP 3: FIND YOUR PEOPLE

Please don't tell me your content is for:

“Everybody.”

Everybody ain't your customer. 😂

Ask:

☐ Who needs what I know?

☐ What are they struggling with?

☐ What are they trying to accomplish?

☐ What are they Googling?

☐ What are they searching on YouTube?

☐ What keeps frustrating them?

☐ What mistakes are they making?

☐ What would make them stop scrolling and say:

“WAIT...that's ME.”

ASK AI:

My content lane is [CONTENT LANE].

Describe the person most likely to consistently watch my content.

Don't focus primarily on demographics.

Tell me:

  • What they're struggling with

  • What they're searching for

  • Questions they're asking

  • Mistakes they're making

  • What they want

  • What content they'd stop scrolling for

  • What they might eventually pay for help with

YOUR GOAL:

Don't create for “the internet.”

Create for a person.

STEP 4: PICK HOW YOU'RE GOING TO SHOW UP

Everybody does NOT need to become the same kind of creator.

Please don't start dancing because somebody told you dancing gets engagement. 😂

Pick what feels natural.

☐ Talking to camera

☐ Commentary/reactions

☐ Storytelling

☐ Tutorials

☐ Interviews

☐ Screen recordings

☐ Voiceovers

☐ Faceless videos

☐ Podcast/video podcast

☐ Carousels

☐ Combination

If you're funny...

BE FUNNY.

If you're analytical...

BREAK STUFF DOWN.

If you're opinionated...

Baby...

The internet has been WAITING on you. 😂

ASK AI:

I create content about [TOPIC].

I'm most comfortable with [FORMATS].

I realistically have [TIME] per week.

Build me a simple weekly content system.

Tell me:

  • What to create

  • What to batch

  • How often to publish

  • What I can repurpose

Keep this realistic for ONE person.

STEP 5: CREATE SHOWS — NOT RANDOM POSTS

Here's where we stop thinking like somebody who “posts on social media.”

Start thinking like a tiny media company.

Media companies don't wake up asking:

“What should we randomly post today?”

They have programming.

You need programming too.

Create 3 recurring shows or content series.

Same concept.

Different episode.

ASK AI:

I create content about [TOPIC] for [AUDIENCE].

Develop 5 recurring content shows for me.

Each show needs:

  • A memorable name

  • A simple concept

  • A repeatable format

  • A reason viewers would return

  • At least 20 potential episodes

Make them entertaining and specific.

Avoid generic concepts like “Weekly Tips.”

PICK THREE:

SHOW #1: __________________________

SHOW #2: __________________________

SHOW #3: __________________________

Look at you.

Got a whole programming department now. 😂

STEP 6: BUILD YOUR FIRST 30 PIECES OF CONTENT

Now we're gonna make AI earn its keep.

COPY + PASTE:

These are my three recurring shows:

  1. [SHOW]

  2. [SHOW]

  3. [SHOW]

Give me 10 strong content ideas for each.

For every idea include:

  • Topic

  • Scroll-stopping hook

  • 3 talking points

  • Best format

  • CTA

Prioritize ideas that:

  • Solve a specific problem

  • Create curiosity

  • Challenge an assumption

  • Tell a story

  • Answer a real question

  • Make someone think “WAIT...WHAT?”

Now you have:

30 CONTENT IDEAS.

So we can officially retire:

“I don't know what to post.” 😂

STEP 7: CREATE ONCE. USE IT EVERYWHERE.

This is where we stop wasting content.

You made a 10-minute YouTube video?

Beautiful.

That's NOT just one video.

That's raw material.

ASK AI:

Here's my video/script:

[PASTE]

Turn it into:

  • 3 Reels/Shorts

  • 1 Instagram carousel

  • 1 email

  • 5 social posts

  • 3 new hooks

  • 5 follow-up content ideas

  • 1 YouTube Community post

Keep the main idea consistent but adapt each piece to the platform.

Now:

ONE IDEA → MULTIPLE MEDIA ASSETS.

That's how we're thinking from now on.

Not:

“I made a Reel.”

But:

“I created an asset. What else can I do with it?”

STEP 8: GIVE THE CONTENT A JOB — AND FIND THE MONEY

This is the part too many people skip.

You create.

You edit.

You post.

People watch.

And then...

NOTHING. 😂

Before posting, ask:

WHAT IS THIS CONTENT SUPPOSED TO DO?

☐ Get a follow

☐ Get a comment

☐ Get a subscriber

☐ Drive someone to YouTube

☐ Collect an email address

☐ Generate a lead

☐ Sell a product

☐ Sell a service

☐ Attract sponsors

☐ Build authority

☐ Start a conversation

Don't make me swipe through 10 slides just for Slide 10 to say:

“Hope this helps! 💕”

HELPS ME DO WHAT?! 😂

GIVE YOUR CONTENT A JOB.

Then ask the bigger question:

WHERE'S THE MONEY? 👀

ASK AI:

My content is about [TOPIC].

My audience is [AUDIENCE].

My current audience size is [SIZE].

I currently sell [OFFERS OR NONE].

Based on my content and audience, identify realistic monetization opportunities.

Consider:

  • Services

  • Templates

  • Digital tools

  • Affiliate income

  • Sponsorships

  • Brand partnerships

  • Memberships

  • Events

  • Licensing/IP

  • YouTube monetization

Separate them into:

  1. What I can monetize NOW

  2. What I can monetize as my audience grows

  3. Long-term media company opportunities

For each opportunity, tell me what problem someone would actually pay me to solve.

YOUR FINAL CHECKLIST

Before you close this guide:

☐ I know what I talk about.

☐ I know who I'm talking to.

☐ I know how I want to create.

☐ I have 3 recurring shows.

☐ I have 30 content ideas.

☐ I know how to repurpose my content.

☐ My content has a JOB.

☐ I'm collecting leads.

☐ I know what I could sell.

☐ I'm thinking beyond ad revenue.

☐ I know what I'm creating NEXT.

And most importantly:

☐ I ACTUALLY POSTED SOMETHING. 😂

YOUR NEXT STEP ISN'T MORE RESEARCH.

You don't need 100 more ideas.

You don't need another three-hour YouTube tutorial.

You don't need 16 more AI tools.

And you definitely don't need another folder full of saved posts you're never gonna look at again. 😂

You need reps.

Create.

Post.

Pay attention.

Adjust.

Create again.

Because remember:

CONFIDENCE COMES FROM EVIDENCE.

And every piece of content gives you evidence.

What people watch.

What they ignore.

What they save.

What they ask.

What they click.

What they BUY.

That's how your strategy gets better.

STOP TRYING TO “BECOME A CONTENT CREATOR.”

Start asking:

“WHAT MEDIA PROPERTY AM I BUILDING?”

Your Instagram is distribution.

Your YouTube is distribution.

Your videos are assets.

Your recurring shows can become IP.

Your email list is an audience YOU can reach.

Your expertise can become products.

Your reach can attract sponsors.

And your content can become a business.

It might be you, your iPhone, ChatGPT, and a ring light today.

That's alright. CNN had to start somewhere. 😂

CREATE THE CONTENT.

BUILD THE AUDIENCE.

OWN THE ASSETS.

FIND THE MONEY.

Welcome to your media company era. 🎥💰
