Here’s what’s included in every mix and master:
🎵 All Industry Standard Effects: In order, that’s pitch correction, breath control (if applicable), subtractive EQ, additive EQ, de-essing, two-stage compression, excitement, saturation, delay, and two reverbs. I tune each of these effects to your specific song, whether it’s turning up compression for your more dynamic voice or boosting high-end for muddy vocals. I mix in Cakewalk using my Cakewalk Mixing Kit, but without requiring any setup, plugin purchases, time, or expertise on your end.
🎧 Industry-Standard Mastering: I use LANDR for mastering, which is the AI-powered mastering service used by Grammy Award winners and more than 5 million musicians globally. As described by their website, the system “‘listens’ and reacts to music, using micro-genre detection to make subtle frame-by-frame adjustments using tools like multi-band compression, EQ, stereo enhancement, limiting and harmonic saturation.”
💿 High-Quality WAV: You’ll receive your mixed and mastered song back in high-quality WAV format: 44.1kHz, 16-bit. I will always send both the mixed song, and the song mixed and mastered.
🎤 How to Submit: I allow submitting up to six individual audio tracks in the Mix & Master Membership. A recommended format is the following: 1 instrumental track, 1 chorus/hook track, 1 verses track, and 1 ad-libs track. This limit should be able to accomodate 99% of songs, as long as you ensure you group tracks together by song (i.e. one track for all hooks, instead of one track per hook).

Is there anything included in the Mix & Master Membership besides mixing? Unfortunately, I can't add personalized/extra effects for songs in the Mix & Master Membership. For instance, if you wanted a choir effect behind a hook or a reverse reverb into a line, I wouldn't be able to do that. Additionally, I don't do manual pitch correction (only Auto-Tune) or time-stretching.
Why is this a Membership and not a digital product? I decided to offer the Mix & Master Membership as a membership and not a product to differentiate it from my Kits and other digital products. It also helps ensure I'm able to complete all mixes and masters in a timely manner—the Membership is up to one song per month, which gives me enough time to fulfill work for a large number of people. Again, there is no commitment and you can cancel your Mix & Master Membership at any time.
