Have you ever heard the expression, "you're only as old as your spine"? Regular, gentle stretching helps to prevent compression of the discs in the spine - it also helps us to feel good! Making sure you gently ease the spine into a neutral alignment on a regular basis helps to ease some of those niggling back pains which can affect us all from time to time.
