Apparently, she is trying to get married to her now ex-fiance, Rick Dubrow. According to Hollywood Life, the television personality was once in love with the Revenge Body star but unfortunately they ended their relationship due to her wanting to be with her husband-to-be instead.
Although Love had never revealed her relationship with Dubrow, it was revealed that the two were dating in April 2016. When Love started dating the doctor, however, she called off her wedding to her longtime boyfriend, Matthew Ramsey.
It was reported that the two started dating in August 2015, although Dubrow wasn’t involved in Ramsey’s relationship and instead had started dating Pamela.
“Love is the best thing in the world,” Ramsey told People Magazine at the time of his wedding. “It’s what makes the world go round. I wish everybody could find the love I have in my life.”

Ramsey was the one who popped the question to Love and now it seems that Love had to split with Dubrow so they could date and ultimately get married.
Dubrow announced the news of the split with a post on Instagram showing both him and Love posing in a Dubrow-themed photo booth.
“Relationship goals,” the caption read.
Unfortunately, the post didn’t show the actual wedding photos or the reality stars kissing.
Dubrow went on to announce that the two were taking some time apart so they could focus on their relationship. According to USA Today, Dubrow has said that his relationship with Love is a serious one and they are working on it together.
“I’ve said it so many times before: I have zero desire to be with a married woman. I’ve made a vow and I’m going to stick to it. All of my friends in the same boat as me,” Dubrow revealed to People.
Even though they are going through a breakup, Ramsey thinks that Love is in love and is extremely committed to their relationship.
Love’s love life has been up in the air for quite some time now. She was previously married to Jason Fitzsimons and the two reportedly ended the marriage after just two years. As for her relationship with Dubrow, the two started dating in January 2015. However, they didn’t confirm their relationship until April 2016.
“As a woman and a mother, I’ve never been so committed to someone in love,” Dubrow said at the time of their relationship.
However, Dubrow’s relationship with Love seemed to be put on hold due to her wanting to focus on her health and love life. Apparently, Love had previously suffered a miscarriage and wanted to focus on her love life for a bit so she could focus on herself.
Instead of focusing on her relationship, Dubrow took it upon himself to come clean about the supposed couple’s split and made it clear that Love wanted to focus on her health and her divorce.
“She wants to focus on her life. Love her but not wanting to be in a relationship with her,” he said.
