I'm Jake — an Architectural Technologist running Jake White Architecture, a solo practice in Mid Sussex, UK. Alongside client work I build free browser-based tools for the construction industry: sun hours analysis, stair geometry, drainage design, planning portal conversions, and more.
The tools exist because the software that does this stuff properly is expensive, locked behind enterprise licences, and out of reach for most small practices. That's always struck me as wrong. Good technology shouldn't only be available to large firms.
Everything I build is free to use. No subscriptions, no paywalls, no data collection. Just tools that work, free for anyone who needs them.
