The Oracle

Again another work in progress from my new series. This one follows the theme of insight and intuition. For an artist these qualities are unmissable, they are the hand maiden of inspiration. I often feel that my role is to be able to see beyond the everyday into the seeds of what may be or what is becoming. The artist has her finger upon the pulse of the world and her heart beats along with its rhythm whether consciously or not. This image tries to capture this process imagined as the seer or oracle who follows this same principle, looking beyond the surface of things into the depths of their heart by using the gift we call imagination which is really a form of knowing.
