I’ve grown very passionate to convince the yoga community that while “yoga is not only a physical practice”, the physical practice of yoga is a FANTASTIC space to DO YOGA:
💛 non-violence to our body (ahimsa)
🧡 staying true to our needs (satya)
❤️ not stealing our peace or time with ourselves (asteya)
❤️ intentional use of the physical & mental energy (bramacharya)
🧡 not wanting more than what we have today, even if it’s 15min (aparigraha)
💛 being content with things as they are (santosha)
