New course, who dis?
My wish is to become a resource for other educators who would like to have something similar to Khan Academy or CK-12, but in Spanish. There are plenty of books that already teach grammar, but they've never satisfied me.
This is why I created this very easy course that simplifies the explanations and has a way for the student to answer questions in the site. Teachers can see the student's progress and it automatically grades the work.
As of right now, I'm in the process of creating a Grammar course that will have a total of 10 units. Each unit includes from 5 to 6 topics, from the parts of speech, syntax, and essay writing. Each topic has a quiz, and the unit has an accumulative test.
I will also be creating a Spanish 101 online course with simple explanations and more interactive and self-graded activities. I know this will make a lot of language teachers and homeschool moms lives easier.
This part of my website will include an essay submission for me to review in which I will include my professional feedback. I miss using my teacher voice, even though it is written.
I'm using the materials I made when I was still in the classroom to create these courses... by myself, so please be patient.
