By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below. Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with the artist, prior to the commission.
I. GENERAL TERMS.
Please provide detailed information regarding the commission and provide clear references.
Any ill behavior will not be tolerated, and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
II. PAYMENT
All commissions must all be paid in full upfront. The currency accepted is USD.
III. PROCESS
Work in progress will be provided on request
Revisions can be done in the sketch (Extra charges may apply if any revision is to be made after color)
The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on many factors such as; Health, order of commission, complexity, work, or family issues. If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.
V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
·I, the artist, hold the right to the produced illustration.
·The commissioner is allowed to; Use the artwork for personal use only unless commercial rights has been purchased.
·Commercial rights for the illustration are 3x the original price.
·The following is considered Copyright infringement:
o Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
o Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
o Removing any watermarks/signatures.
·With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork. Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with. However, artist will retain the right to promote it as a part of their personal portfolio.
VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
