Discovering youβve been mistaken is not pleasant. But itβs a whole lot better than remaining oblivious to the mistake.
Only when you know something is wrong, can you correct it. As soon as you admit your mistake, you begin to transcend it.
No one is perfect. And in the imperfections you can find great opportunity.
Imagine that youβre doing a hundred things right and just a couple of things wrong. By adjusting those two mistaken behaviors, you greatly improve the effectiveness of all the others.
Itβs nice to receive praise when you do things right. But itβs even better to get honest criticism if youβre doing something wrong.
Be eager to identify your mistakes and to learn from them. Itβs an excellent means to enhance everything you do.
