EDIT: We've rebranded to Sneaky Sliders from our original title of Secret Color Cubes!
It was December 2023 and I wanted my friends to be able to enjoy my favorite game for the holidays, so I gifted them hand-crafted copies. My friends love them and still play them to this day.
They love the games simplicity and it's surprising depth. It's easy to learn but infinitely re-playable. Everyone who plays ends up loving this game!
So in January, I made a batch of 10 more in two color-palettes and toured my local game stores. Anyone interested was free to buy a copy for the cost of my materials; cardboard & stickers & dice, oh my!
I decided to go digital for portability and to spread this game to a larger audience.
I spent months finding a programmer
My friend who was gifted a copy is now the developer
I cleaned up the rules & bought my domain
We released Secret Color Cubes v0.1
And now we're working on visuals & experience
