mabon 🍁🍂🌙

yesterday was mabon.
this is the pagan celebration of the autumn equinox, which is also the day of the year when there is equal amount of daylight and darkness. the perfect balance. it is a time to seek balance within ourselves and express gratitude for the blessings we have seen in our lives thus far, this year. summer is now transitioning into fall and, if you live where the seasons change, it is a fresh energy we experience when the leaves begin to change and we watch the flourishing life dull out for awhile. meditation and journaling would succor your self awareness and give you clarity on the areas of question in your life. i believe we can all tap into these energies regardless of practice or religion. i personally do not practice paganism, but find it very interesting and insightful. in other words, i fucks with it. Lol.
