I finally got a break from real life interruptions and managed to get back to my Airfix Sunderland build. So I’m working on any subassemblies I can glue together now, like the wings, tail planes, and rudder. Just so I can get a feeling of progress with this kit, and have something impressive to show in the upcoming video.
There has been virtually no flash on these parts, with just very minor internal ejection pin marks to clean up for a perfect fit. My only real issue are a few large sink marks on the front of the main wings. An annoyingly obvious place I hope will be easy to fill and sand smooth without loosing any wing detail.
