It’s November…already. Can you believe it? Can you believe that there’s only two months left before we light those sparklers and celebrate to bring in the new year? When you look back, how far have you come? I see so much growth within me and I also see challenges that I had to admit defeat. This is what has been a learning lesson for me. I’ve had to admit defeat in some areas of my life and reminded myself that I tried. I didn’t make it, but it’s ok, I tried. Some things are meant for me while some are not. I can’t have it all. I have to be ok with it.
As we face the days that bring the winter months ahead where the days become dark faster, I once again remind you to live with a purpose. A purpose that you have set for yourself. It’s easy to waste time until you find you have run out of it. It’s scary to think of it this way but perhaps I think of it that way because I’ve had to watch my parents pass away right before my own eyes. I’ve had to feed my parents like they used to feed me when they fell into hospice care. I’ve had to ask for time to be kind to me without ever knowing if it could hear me. Time is a scary thing. It’s never enough yet we can waste it without care at times.
Treasure each other and know who is worthy to keep close and who you should let go. Sometimes relationships are not always meant to last forever. They come to teach us a great lesson and then disappear so we can remember it forever. With just two months left of 2025, I am sending you love and light. May you find all the magic in your life and never be afraid to try anything new.
