It’s been one month since our last update, and in that time there have been no new donations. J'iana is stuck, and she can’t move forward with the next steps to fix her teeth and smile.
Right now, we can’t afford the 2 root canals and new crowns, the re‑alignment treatment, or the 2 implants she needs. Without these, we’re scared things will start to go backward. Because 2 molars were removed, her other teeth will keep shifting, and her smile and bite will slowly get worse instead of better.
This has been very hard on her. She is deeply depressed, which is why you haven’t seen us posting much. There isn’t anything positive to share right now. I miss my happy girl so much, and it breaks my heart to see her stuck here after she fought so hard to beat the infection and get through the bone grafts.
