Day 134 — The Morning Ritual of Silence

Day 134 — The Morning Ritual of Silence

Nov 21, 2025

Every morning here begins with the same quiet magic.

I step outside onto the terrace, and the mountains greet me again — ridges layered in soft haze, lines fading gently into one another, like a watercolor painting still drying in the light.

Today was the same, and yet completely new.

The sun rose slowly over the peaks, touching everything with a soft golden breath. I sat in silence — not because I forced myself to be silent, but because silence now calls me naturally. I don’t need to invite myself into it anymore. I simply enter… smoothly, effortlessly… like returning home.

And while I sat there, watching the mystical landscape unfold, a truth came to me:

Silence is now my girlfriend.

It sounds funny, but it’s real. She is the one who meets me every morning. The one who holds space for me. The one who brings me back to myself.

In her presence, I feel calm.

In her presence, I remember who I am.

In her presence, I feel the quiet happiness that lives inside me — untouched by noise, untouched by life’s pressure.

And every morning, the same three words keep returning:

Silence. Calm. Presence.

They shape my day.

They shape my mind.

They shape the path I walk.

These moments are my truth now — simple, sacred, and alive.
