I often hear this in financial podcasts or just randomly on Instagram shorts, and it also really feels so true for me and I bet for you too! and the topic is not just true but also a catchy title too!!!
The topic is "How much you think you've spent on [coffee]" or something like that!
Have you calculated your spending on your coffee in a week?month? year? I bet it could go up to $1000 or more before you know it.
You know what mine is? not coffee for sure, well it kinda does, cuz I love starbucks, but I also order their refreshers too. Anyway, my most spending prob on beside clothing and daily things household things are Tea, Bubble tea, and take outππ. I think just take out only, it could go up to $1000+ per month...my guilty pleasure. Well bubble tea and tea also my guilty pleasure, for some reason, I feel like life is so wonderful everytime I have it ππ except the take out tho.
Anyway, I was talking about spending these because I mean in daily, we prob have thought that the it's affordable and our mindset prob like "oh, it's under $5, $10" so we would grab it without thinking or grab it right away!
And, normally whenever when we want to leverage our skills, and want to learn from some experts, but it's just really out of budget, and the funny thing is that I often see from my emails is that coaching 1:1 with them, saying "don't have money to invest" is something very "low"? Im not so sure how to describe but it's so weird about they're offering coaching with crazy price but asking people cannot say that or deny that price? and mostly you probably will see that "hey, just jumping in discovery call and this is free!" which is also very funny.
Anyway, we normally spend on coffee, tea, bubble tea, and take out, and they are definitely way more expensive than the one Im going to talk about.
Anyway, I just thought if we've spent that, why don't we spent on this, something could make us a bit (and even more) depend on each person committing to the work, then the return could really make all the spending back!!
