500g bread flour
350g water
100g active sourdough starter
10g salt

Follow steps 1-4 from the Classic Sourdough Bread recipe.
Divide the dough into two equal portions. Shape each portion into a baguette shape.
Place the shaped baguettes on a lightly floured baking sheet or baguette pan.
Cover and let them proof at room temperature for 1-2 hours, or until nearly doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) with a baking stone inside.
Carefully transfer the proofed baguettes onto the preheated baking stone.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped on the bottom.
Allow the baguettes to cool before slicing.
