4 medium potatoes, cubed
1 lemon, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine chicken thighs, cubed potatoes, lemon slices, minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
Transfer the chicken and potato mixture to a baking dish, arranging the chicken thighs skin side up.
