ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1 tbsp honey

  3. Grill the pork for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
