Sort of. This week we ate things we found already in the house from the holidays.
I forgot to go in and order a few freshly meals. We now know which ones we like, so it's easier to order on busy weeks.
Master List
salad
berries
celery and baby carrots
pork loin (by request will be boneless)
frozen broccoli
sugar free gatorade
chicken thighs
lunchmeat and cheese
Cape Cod potato chips
hummus
steel cut oats
Dave's Killer Bread
almond milk
eggs and egg whites
beef short ribs (got these from local butcher)
yukon gold potatoes
small beef stock
Dinners
The Hubs wanted to make short ribs on New Years Eve. So I got him what he needed for that and his mashed potatoes.
Also got him a pork loin. We don't like the traditional sauerkraut so we just eat it with vegetables and maybe rice. I could put it in the oven or the instant pot.
The chicken thighs were a lazy last minute addition. Not even sure what I'll do with them. Next week is busy in the evening so nothing beyond seasoning and putting them in the oven.
Lunches
I've been eating salads for lunch. Hubs will eat his normal sandwiches and the kid is supposed to go back to school on Monday.
Breakfasts
We always eat the same stuff, and I don't really plan it. Cereal, oatmeal, smoothies, eggs. Sometimes my son sneaks in a holiday cookie but I'm thinking those will be gone soon.
Next week maybe I'll be motivated to make my lentil soup. Usually I want that in January.
