Since around 1615, Gate 13, known as “The Witness,” has been unlocked by Gate 61, “Inner Truth.” Gate 13 symbolizes humanity’s collective memory—an extensive archive storing everything we’ve learned, experienced, and understood. Gate 61, the key, represents our quest for inner truth and understanding, illuminating and making sense of these stored memories.
When a key first engages a lock, it begins at what’s known as Line 6—a broad, visionary perspective setting the overarching tone for the entire 400-year cycle. Approximately every 68 years, the key moves down another line, refining the societal focus further.

The critical shift occurred in 1961, called the Eden Window. This period, from 1961 through 2027, has allowed unprecedented access to occult, psychological, and spiritual self-knowledge:

In short, the knowledge will remain accessible but less culturally prominent and institutionally supported.
