Soutenir Aude Mouginot

---

//

I trained in osteopathy and have been practicing since 2023.

I am particularly passionate about Nature and about studying human beings in their individual balance and in relation to their environment, which has led me to develop a fine perception of the living.

-I am interested in physiology (and its restoration) in women (pregnancy, childbirth, menopause), as well as in infants and children through their growth.

-Of course, I am also committed to supporting many artists, dancers, athletes...

-This work is open to everyone interested in the dynamics of body, mind and being.

<> The big idea is to understand how, through our individual regulation, we can form stable groups, enlightened communication and fluid collective dynamics.

<> The other aspect of my project (Hands-on Europe) is to make manual care and body education accessible to all, across all social backgrounds, including adults with special needs.

I write and draw this process!

Join me in this adventure and support this painstaking, step-by-step work that can change collective consciousness :-)
