Like an Oliebollen, supporters at this level are unique, somewhat rare, and because of that, extra exciting! The oliebollen is a fried donut sold outside of train stations and winter markets in November and December in the Netherlands. They're a food of collectivity: hundreds of round treats distributed at times of gathering. My favorite has rasins in it, hot and gooey.
