Living Indigo: Spiritual Mentorship for Children, Teens, and Young Adults

Our world has become increasingly louder and more demanding of our time and energy. Children and teenagers of today's era must process more information on a daily basis than previous generations received over several decades.

While this creates a beautiful quantum shift for humanity, it comes with a cost. Many of our youth today, more than ever before, experience mental, emotional, physical and spiritual disconnect.

Our society is tuned into technology, and tapped out of the true nature of Soul.

Living Indigo sessions offer 1:1 support for children, teens, and families, tailored to the unique needs of each child. Sessions focus on current challenges, allow space for open conversation, and encourage creative self-expression.

As a former Special Education teacher, I bring years of experience supporting emotional, mental, academic, and spiritual growth. I earned my Bachelor’s in Special Education (Preschool-Age 21) from Penn State University and a Master’s in Curriculum & Instruction from Portland State University. I spent many years teaching in public high schools and have homeschooled my daughter since 2020.

I also owned and directed a healing arts center in Portland, OR, helping youth uncover their unique gifts and soul qualities, and find ways to express them positively. Each Living Indigo session is carefully curated to support your child’s current needs and guide them toward their truest potential.

Session Options:

Children/Teens 1:1 Session: $150 (1 hour)

Family Session: $225 (up to 90 minutes)

Sessions are available in-person in the Portland, OR area, and/or virtually via Signal or Telegram.

Mentorship Packages & Support:

Reduced pricing is available for multi-session mentorship packages.
