Combat with the Houthis was quite minimal today; CENTCOM only reported intercepting a single drone. No strikes on the Houthis were reported. It has taken quite a long time, but it does seem as if the general trend has been that the Houthis are less capable of striking ships these days, provided American and coalition warships are in the area to intercept whatever the Houthis throw out.

Israel reportedly didn't try to advance any further in Rafah today, instead carrying out more raid types of operations. This is in line with a recent suggestion by the United States, though it was an offer that Israel at least publicly did not accept.

Egypt is increasingly talking about their pes e treaty with Israel, but at least publicly they aren't necessarily threatening to end it. Rgyptd Foreign Minister called it a strategic choice and a pillar of stability in the region that has lssted for decades. He also mentioned that Egypt and Israel have ways of settling disputes through their treaties. Still, the fact that Egypt brought it up implies that previous reporting that Egypt was considering terminating the agreement may not have been too far off the mark.

International aid for Gaza is increasing, as a conference in Kuwait agreed to provide $2 billion USD worth of humanitarian assistance over the next two years to Gaza. The aid would be dedicated to many different things, ranging from healthcare to long term economic recovery.
