The Houthis launched a rare missile directly at Israel. Unsurprisingly, Israel intercepted it over the port of Eilat. The Houthis have a poor track record with launching missiles at Israel, with them being intercepted by various powers typically, with there being two incidents of them hitting the wrong countries (Egypt and Jordan). The Houthis also claimed to have sank a merchant vessel, but photographs have shown that the ship is, barely, still afloat.
An investigative piece by Israeli news outlet Hamakom has made the explosive claim that Israel killed ten hostages due to their air strikes in Gaza, and declared that they were killed while in Hamas custody. The IDF allegedly knew the hostages were in the buildings that they targeted. While the claim that the hostages died while in captivity is correct per the reporting, it is highly misleading.
