The situation around Yemen has escalated as the Houthis scored a hit on another merchant vessel and for the first time, killed people with their attacks. Two people were reportedly killed, with several more injured by the missile strike. Of note, the Iranian spy ship Behshad has evidently recovered from the American cyber attack as it has left Djibouti and is now once again parked off the coast of Yemen. This may help to explain today's attack being a deadly one. The United States, as typical, launched a couple of strikes against Houthi positions destroying drones and missiles.
International focus regarding Israel and Palestine continues to ramp up, particularly with getting humanitarian aid into Gaza. International observers have warned that a half million Gazans may be facing famine conditions soon. The United Nations is considering testing the military road that Israel carved through the middle of Gaza for the distribution of humanitarian aid. If this were to happen, it would effectively force Israel to slow the rate of their campaign.
